Mikhail's Bedtime Antics

I know it’s been awhile since I last updated.
Many apologies.

To kick-off my back-to-blogging activities, here’s a tag I got from Aida

“THE MANY WAYS MY CHILD TRIES TO AVOID BEDTIME/NAPTIME"

1. Sit up and bounces on his butt like he’s hearing music in his head and just HAS to groove.

2. Crawls to the edge of the bed and stares at the floor like he’s contemplating a grand swan dive… thus, making Mommy panic and grab him away from there.

3. Talks non-stop “papapa-blabla-daadada-mammmmammmm-phbbbtttt”

4. Roots for Mommy’s milk… over and over again… despite having had his fill.

5. Clamber all over Mommy, lie down spread-eagled on top of her and shakes his head from side to side.

6. Scramble around the bed and mess up the pillows and comforter. For good measure, he puts the huge pillow on his face and feigns suffocation so Mommy comes and saves the day.

7. Crawl around Mommy and give her ‘mini-smooches’ in the form of biting various parts of her and leaving a trail of baby-saliva; especially on her arms.

8. Sit up and make The-Worlds-Most-Adorable-Face while giving Mommy ‘Come-play-with-me’ looks.

9. Puts all his fingers in my mouth and scratch my tongue (so very weird and funny at the same time).

10. Cry out and fuss until Daddy (as always) gives in and picks him up for a rough-n-tumble session. [Daddy is such a softie]
